To sign up for BT Business services, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the BT Business registration page.
2. Create your login details, which will include your username (email address) and password.
3. Add your BT account number and bill reference (this must be from a bill that is less than nine months old).
4. Complete the verification process.

Please note that the email address you use for registration should not be already registered with BT.com. Once you've completed these steps, you should be able to access your BT Business account online. At business.bt.com, there are several ways to pay your BT Business bill. You can choose the method that suits you best. You can Pay by Direct Debit, Pay online in My Account, Pay by BACS, or Pay by online or telephone banking. You can also make payments by credit or debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. If you want to go paper-free and forget about memorising payment due dates, you can set up Direct Debit to avoid the risk of late payment charges. You can also view, download and pay BT Business bills 24/7, and analyse BT Business billing data in detail in your account. BT Business owns any equipment they've sent you since 1 June 2020, unless you've bought the equipment from them. This includes BT Business Smart Hubs, 4G Assure dongles, Hybrid Connect, Wi-Fi Discs, Complete Wi-Fi for Business discs, and Cloud Voice Express phones. For Cloud Voice phones, the same applies from 11 July 2022. When your BT-owned equipment is due back, they'll send you a pre-paid returns label and returns bag for posting. Simply bag and label your equipment and send to them from any Post Office or arrange for Royal Mail to collect from your premises for a nominal fee. To send your BT-owned equipment back to them, you need to use their pre-printed, pre-paid returns label. You can use this to track your return. When it's time for you to send back your BT-owned equipment, they'll email you to say so. They'll post you the right returns label for the equipment they've emailed you about, and a returns bag.

The setup process involves connecting the hub to your master phone socket with a broadband cable, plugging in the power plug, and turning on the hub. The light on the front of the hub will change colors while it sets itself up, and it's ready to use once the light turns steady blue.
